Super friendly staff and we enjoyed our ride ☺️

My family rented a pontoon boat and tube for 4 hours. The boat was is great shape and so was the tube. The people who helped us were professional and friendly. Thank you Bandit’s for helping my family make some great memories! I would recommend them to everyone looking to have a great day on the water. Not to mention they were the best price in town for boat rental.

The staff are amazing and made the experience that much better! We had a great time and although getting to the trailheads can be a bit to navigate, the equipment is in great shape and operates smoothly! Would highly recommend Bandits for UTV rentals!

Had a great time! Boat was perfect for a day on the lake and our first time in Broken Bow. Be aware, the GPS will not get you to the office or back to where the boats launch. Call ahead to get to the office. The guy said we’d find our way back to the launch but everything looked the same so we ran a little late getting back. The lake is beautiful!! We were there on a Monday so, not busy and got some good fishing and tubing in. When we went to fuel up at the marina they told us about their “new” boats. We had checked pricing before and for the money it was hands down a better deal than there. Will be back the next time, thanks!

Awesome to deal with!  We rented a pontoon and a big storm blew in after about an hour being rented.  Captain Earl came out and picked the boat up and refunded all of our money after waiting for it to blow over about 2 hours later.  So 5 stars for customer service!  Definitely will use Bandits on our next trip!

Highly recommend Bandit ATV & Boat Rentals!  So easy to pick and return  the equipment.   Husband & I had a blast riding the trails in Ouachita National Forest.

Bandits is incredible! It was our first time riding and we had a blast! The views on the trails are beautiful and it’s an experience we won’t forget. Bradlea is the best, top notch service and she was sooo helpful!! We’ve been to broken bow several times and this was our best experience by far!

I have to say, this place was awesome. I did not rent from them, but I needed some advice on where I could ride, so I stopped in. The staff there was so helpfull! Helped me download an app and spent at least 20 minutes with me to make sure I had all the info. If I ever rent one, I will definitely get it here. Amazing place and very helpfull staff.

Extremely happy with this place and their service. Rented a Ranger to take the kids on some trails. They had helmets for the kids. Me and my wife were having trouble finding the entrance to the trails so one of the owners met us and escorted us there. Super friendly and helpful. Good pricing I highly recommend. We’ll be back again the kids had a BLAST!

Had a great time. The Polaris we rented was ready to go when we got there and it was in good working order. The staff was very helpful with hooking up the trailer and directions on where to ride. I suggest downloading the app. For the maps before you get there. Cell signal in National Forrest land was not good. Trails were well marked and had a great time.

Employees were very friendly and courteous. Rented a large boat.  It was very nice, clean. They docked the boat. All we had to do is board before launching and get out when finished. Will definitely rent from them again.

This is the BEST place to get your rental! You'll save over $200 just in the boat rental vs renting at the marina!!!! Plus you'll have better service. Wayland is a ROCKSTAR! He made everything easy, fun & he has a positive attitude! They give you 1st class service bu bringing the boat down to the docks for you & picking you up after your rental time. The boat has a stereo system on it where you can pair your bluetooth or plug in your auxiliary cord in to play your music. Thank y'all for such a great experience! Please tell Wayland to keep up the GREAT WORK! When we come back we'll be renting more stuff again.

HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP!! We rented an ate and rode the trails one afternoon and it was the best thing we did! It was so much fun and such beautiful views. We willl definitely definitely be back with our kiddos to rent from yall again!! The owners were wonderful!

Very sweet lady helped us rent/set up the boat. Nice and clean pontoon. The tube was in great shape and our family had a fantastic time. Will definitely rent from them again. Prices seemed reasonable for the area.

We had a wonderful time out on the rented pontoon! A few pointers: Make sure to give yourself enough time to fill out necessary paperwork at the office first and to make the short drive from the office to the location of the boat docked on shore. Also, make sure to set a dropped pin to the location (on smartphone gps map) of the docked boat location before leaving shore; as this will help you locate the spot accurately at the time of its return. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again.

Bandits was 1/2 the price of the marina for a pontoon rental.  Very laid back and easy to work with.  The boat was a few years old but in great working order and clean. I saw the boats at the marina when we filled up with gas. They were brand new maybe slightly longer and same motor. Definitely worth the savings to go with Bandits.
