Company Policy

1. Reservation Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if, in our
judgment, a safety risk is present.
2. Alcohol & Drug Policy
The use or possession of alcohol or drugs before or during the rental of any equipment is strictly prohibited.
3. Assumption of Risk
Operating a UTV involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with riding. We are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damaged personal property.
4. Liability & Participant Requirements
○ All participants 18 years of age or older must be present to read and sign a liability release prior to departure.
○ Minors: A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the
liability release and must provide the minor’s full legal name and
date of birth, granting permission to participate.
5. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Renters are required to know and follow all state and federal land use regulations. Posted rules and laws are available in the office, and each rental is provided with a list of applicable regulations issued by the Game Warden. Please ask staff if you have any questions.
6. Speed Limits
The maximum speed limit is 25 mph on all forest roads.
7. Protective Equipment Requirements
○ Seat belts and provided helmets must be worn at all times.
○ Riders must wear eye protection and closed-toe shoes.
○ Long sleeves, long pants, and gloves are strongly recommended.
○ Oklahoma law requires riders under 18 years of age to wear a
DOT-approved helmet at all times. Bicycle helmets are not
approved.
8. Restricted Areas
Riding is prohibited in the following areas:
○ Private land
○ Paved roads
○ Cabins, shopping areas, and parking areas
○ Fences and lease gates (open or closed)
○ 3rivers
○ Dirt mounds, gravel pits, or any area marked PRIVATE or NO
TRESPASSING Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement with NO REFUND.
9. Designated Routes Only
Riders must remain on designated roads and trails as shown on the provided map and the required Avenza Maps mobile application.
○ Do not cross rushing water if it cannot be safely walked through.
○ Do not drive around or over dirt mounds located on legal roads.
10. Damage Responsibility
The renter is financially responsible for all damages, regardless of who is operating the vehicle. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it left the premises, or the card on file will be charged. If damage occurs, contact Bandits ATV & Boat Rentals immediately at 580-494-3333.
11. Failure to Follow Rules
Failure to follow safety or general rules may result in the unit being towed at the renter’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
12. Passenger Safety
Always fasten seat belts, wear helmets and protective gear, and keep all body parts inside the UTV/ATV at all times.
13. Paved Surfaces
Avoid paved surfaces. UTVs and ATVs are designed for off-highway use only.
14. Safe Operation
Operate only in designated areas, at safe speeds, and exercise caution when turning or crossing slopes.
15. Zero Tolerance for Impairment
Never operate or ride in a UTV/ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
16. Passenger Limits
Never carry more passengers than the vehicle is designed for. Do not allow passengers who are too small to sit properly in a designated passenger seat.
17. Proper Seating
Passengers must be able to grasp safety handles, sit with their back against the seat, and keep both feet flat on the floor at all times.
18. Operator’s Manual & Warnings
All renters are required to read and follow the operator’s manual (located in the glove box) and all warning labels on the equipment.
